I think that - from a scientific point of view (freefall, explosions, steel frame 'implodes') - there is a lot of stuff that contradicts the official version of the story. There was already a lot of speculation going on about the towers being demolished by some sort. And now, to make matters even worse, they found nanothermite in the dust of the world trade center catastrophe. Yes, everyone who didn't know about it, here is the scientific peer reviewed paper that definitely proves beyond any doubt: there was unreacted, highly explosive nanothermite in the dust of the world trade center catastrophe:
